Born in Valencia (Spain) in 1977, he studied piano with Bartomeu Jaume and composition with Ramón Ramos at the Superior Conservatory of Valencia. He has attended several courses with the composers José Manuel López López, Mauricio Sotelo, Alberto Posadas, J. María Sánchez-Verdú, César Camarero, Óscar Strasnoy, Phillippe Hurel, Unsuk Chin, etc.

Winner of the First Prix "Xavier Montsalvatge"in the XXII Premio Jóvenes compositores Fundación Autor-CNDM, his works have been interpreted by the Smash Ensemble, Plural Ensemble, Grup Instrumental de Valencia, Orchestre Nationale de Lorraine, Ensemble Orchestrutopica, Ensemble Art's XXI, etc. He has also been commissioned for several works, such as one of the pieces to be interpreted in the XV International Piano Competition “José Iturbi”.

Since 2006 he both worked on composition as well as on teaching in several conservatories. At the moment, he teaches counterpoint at the Superior Conservatory of Castellón.
